- Apostille Same Day Service $375 ($50 each add document)
- Witness wedding or other official acts (Call for pricing)
- Prenuptial Agreement Signings $75 (local)
- Waiting Time (If necessary) @ $50 per hour
- Nassau County Correctional Facility Visit (Must be accompanied by your attorney) $125
- Business Conducted after 9pm add $25
REGARDING REFINANCE & PURCHASE LOAN CLOSINGS: All our work is guaranteed 100%. In the rare case of a Notary error, it will be corrected at no cost to you. Since Notary Signing Agents are considered "disinterested third parties", should the loan fail after closing, all notary service fees are still due in full. While our goal is to successfully close every loan, if the borrower rescinds or the loan fails for any reason Signing Agent fees are still DUE IN FULL. If you have any questions please ask.
In accordance with New York State Law ALL signatures being Notarized must be signed in the presence of the Notary Public. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Regarding Travel Fees: Fees are calculated with the following expenses considered: The Notary's time it takes to travel to location, fuel, vehicle insurance, vehicle wear/tear, E&O Insurance, courier fees (when applicable), advertising and other expenses related to operating a business. All fees are agreed upon in advance and will not change unless additional services are required. Economics does not allow for a business office and my complex does not allow professional visitors. I must come to you or meet in an agreed upon public location.
